inspirational thrifting.

Yesterday I went thrifting at my favorite spot…
Untitled
It’s like a min flea market, booth after booth of vintage goodness-
walking the aisles can be very inspirational!
It’s kind of hit and miss for me,
sometimes I find nothing and other times I find lots-
yesterday I found some really great treasures!
Untitled
Including this mini gold ornate mirror
(it’s amazing- my favorite thing of it all),
which has some sentimental value to me
(it reminds me of my mom!)
and has inspired some new ideas!

Have you found anything amazing or inspirational while thrifting lately?

Wow I went “Goodwilling ” yesterday! I am always saddened by the books and pictures that have personal messages written by the giver of “special items” such as childrens books, cross stitch pictures, etc… I have even found “Record a books” recored by someone’s sweet grendmother…so sad! BUT yesterday, I found a oil painting of hydraneas..it is painted on canvas and is a 4×6 original oil painting for 99 cents! Hydraneas are my favorite flower because it reminds me of my GrandMa. I wish I could post a picture but can’t figure out how to do it!
