Oh wow…another winner of a design. I just love all of your creations. The heart is very special to me and an open heart like this even more so. My youngest son was born with a hole in his heart. He was operated on at 2 months and will be going to Kindergarten this Fall. A true miracle. He is amazingly healthy and we are blessed that the prayers helped him through but now open hearts have a more special meaning to me and I love to collect, and wear or display them.
My wedding ring has ILY…NMW in it for “I Love You…No Matter What” and with our son that message brings new meaning so I would have the words or initials to represent that message put in my heart.

I think I would probably put my son’s name or our anniversary date. It would be so hard to choose. I might even give it as a gift to someone I know with her wedding date next year! I think I would want to hold off on my son’s name until I knew I was done having kids.

Thankfully, it was discovered & with treatment & now 10 years later, she’s fine. After a lot of hard thought, I think I would put this “BJ.TJ.KC” (my husband and children’s initials) on one side and “ILY…NMW” on the other. Yes, I borrowed that from Rose (a commentor above), I hope she doesn’t mind, it was just an absolutely perfect way to express the love for your family!

I would love to have this necklace. Our anniversary is next week. We were married August 11, 2003. 9 years and 3 children later we are still going strong. I would put our anniversary date and maybe the first initial of each of our kids followed by the year they were born.

I’m a single mom from an abusive relationship. I’d write “love conquers” for my daughter who changed my life and got me out of that awful relationship. She’s my miricle.
