If I had $75 to spend at the Vintage Pearl http://www.vintagepearl.com, a site I have become so obsessed with, I would most definitely purchase the vintage ladybug. The vintage ladybug is my favorite. This is the first time I am seeing it and I was at work when I did, and I think I made people a little concerned with my screech. You see, most of the folks that know my little Scarlett Hannah, know that I have many nicknames for her and my ultimate being, Scarbug, simple because she reminds of a beautiful little ladybug. She is cute and posh and is my good luck, all the things ladybugs signify. So, this necklace is just ever perfect and as soon as I do catch up from my maternity leave bills, I plan to purchase one. However, to continue the spending, I would then buy the hope for orphans necklace, because it is such a special and meaningful piece to have. Children should be loved and infused with hope to know that they too will be loved by caring parents. Last, I may go over my budget just a bit, but I feel so torn between the pearl nest ring, because it is just simple and beautiful and the baby spoon. Scarbug will be eating soon and how adorable will it be to start her off with the spoon – just – adorable and memorable of course! Overall, I would purchase practically ever single item at the Vintage Pearl if I could and I will definitely be getting all my holiday gifts from them! Keep the adorable silver and pearl pieces coming!

I was so very excited to see the contest in my email today! I first saw an ad in a mall for vintage pearl & I immediately fell in love. I ordered a feew necklaces as gifts for Christmas & they were huge hits (even got tears). I searched for one for myself but I can’t choose! I saw the pea in a pod necklace & that’s the one! I love your jewelry! They are works of art and when I wear them I get so many comments from people. My dream is to be able to visit your store in the future.
If I was awarded the $75 dollar gift certificate I would purchase the pearl bracelet with the charm engraved with my husbands name and the message “Now and forever.” In April I was diagnosed with uterine cancer and had to have my uterus removed. My husband stood by me through all of the pain and tears. This was sort of a shock to us our family wasn’t complete, in fact, we had 9 frozen embryos ready for us. Needless to say hopefully there will be a family who is wanting to start a family. To help me over that loss my wonderful husband surprised me with a necklace saying “farewell” to those 9 babies from your store-(9 angel wings on a necklace separated by little heart charms).
Healing is a process and like a pearl is formed from a single grain of sand it to is a long process. I know I will make it through with the help from my wonderful husband and my three wonderful children.

After purchasing a necklace for myself and my youngest daughter, I would have to spend the gift certificate on my eldest daughter. I love your jewlery and i have been planning to come in for awhile. I dont have anything from your store yet and I hinted around to my husband and one of my daughters for mothers day but they didnt get the hint. So by the time our anniversary came around my husband had finally gotten the hints and printed off a page from your website and put it in the card. This was our 7th anniversary and one of the gift ideas is copper. Whether all silver has copper in it or not, i dont know but my husband always tries to be creative and stay true to the traditional anniversary gifts, so giving me a necklace from your store was his way of trying to being current but stick with tradition. I think he did good, especially since he knows me well enough to print something out instead of buying it for me, so that I can actually go and pick the jewlery out myself.

We found out not long ago that we’re pregnant with our 3rd baby. There are so many to choose from but the Danty Drops Necklace catches my eye everytime I go onto your website and i think it would be perfect with my sons name on it around my neck! If I won, I would get a necklace for my daughter, either the “loved” or the “vintage free bird”. I have a dainty heart charm with her initial on it, and my husband has a leather cuff with “my daddy” and her birthdate stamped on it, so we would love to give her something that is meaningful and tied to the keepsakes of her we already have. My sister and I also want to get a keepsake for our mother to honor her two (for now!) granddaughters, and the “loved” necklace with two name charms is at the top of our list!

Where do you start? I would love to buy the vintage baby feet for my new daughter-in-law when our grandchild is born. Her & my son were married almost two weeks ago and there are people who wanted to steal joy due to some circumstances. We know that God’s love is a redeeming love and rest secure that everything will work out to His glory be it now & in the future. Just about a year ago my daughter in law asked me about grace, I think these past months were a lesson for us all about His grace and how to give it freely to each other.

So much cool stuff – it’s hard to decide! However, I have a necklace with quite a few charms already. So, I would get the pearl nest ring and the mother of pearl earrings for sure! I just went on a cruise, and my family bought me a beautiful pearl bracelet that they would go soooo well with!

I would choose the layered mother of pearl necklace or the bitty blossoms which are adorable. I have my eye on some earrings as well-the dangly pearl earrings or the double cranberry look gorgeous.
If I had $75 to spend, I would get the “Our Family Nest” necklace, and would add a vintage heart charm with the initials C+J. Since it is a tree, I think of falling in love and carving our initials in the tree…and the rest is history! I’ve had my eye on this necklace for quite some time, just haven’t been in a position to get it for myself.

My mom lives in Missouri, and I live in North Carolina. I’ve found that hearing her say “I love you” makes me feel as though she isn’t far. My boys are 7 and twins 4 who are in school (a french school) and we have a tight knit bunch of moms whose children all play together. I would REPURCHASE the “circle of love” bracelet. I bought one 2 years ago for our wedding gift and had the worng date stamped on the circle. My husband gives me a hard time every time I wear it. I wouldn’t tell him I got another one, either, and just play if off as if he were wrong. HAHAHAHA!

I just purchased the coordinates necklace and pearl nest ring last week but would love to purchase another coordinates necklace for my husband since he will be deploying overseas very soon. For me it has to be ‘The Coordinates of your Heart”. My folks emigrated from my place of birth and I mourn and yearn for it every.single.day. Every day. It’s a terrible thing to dislike intently where you live. The reason we don’t move back? My husband job is fairly rare so I don’t think we will ever move back. He often says when I’m having a bad day that we will retire back there. I live in hope.

Oh, what a neat contest! I would love to have the secret message ring as a replacement wedding ring for my husband! When we were living in Antigua, West Indies as missionaries a few years ago, he lost his original wedding ring in the ocean. He snorkelled for hours but never found it—I’ll try to post the pic of him looking completely dejected later on my facebook. We just haven’t had a chance to replace it yet. Then, since I just HAVE to spend $75, I’d choose the pearl cluster earrings to match my circle of love necklace that he bought me a few months ago when our third boy was born! I just signed up for your newsletter and was thrilled to see you are having a giveaway! Since today is my daughter’s 10th birthday (double digits – wow!) Love this site! I would have to share the $75 with my friend Cindy who sent me here from facebook. Then I would have to order the blue pearl “dream” necklace, and add two small charms to it, “M” and “L” for my two kids. They are now 22 and 20 years old. There are two items I’d pick if I won!
The first is the pearl nest ring. I just had my first child in May, a baby boy. I already got the charm necklace with his name and birth date. I’d love to get the pearl nest ring as a symbol of my sweet little boy and my new role as Mama Bird.
The second thing would probably be a charm with the words “enjoy life.” I was with my grandpa when he passed away 6 years ago. His last words to me were “enjoy life” and they have always stuck with me. He was a minister and I had expected him to tell me to read my Bible more or something along those lines. Instead, he said exactly what I needed to hear and I’ve tried to remember his words.

well, since i already have too many necklaces, i’d have to go with a bracelet. i’m not sure which one because…well, how could one choose??! i love the message cuff but a simple charm bracelet with my 3 little byrdies names would be great too!

Let’s see…. I would want the layered mother of pearl necklace to put the names of my precious family on. A beautiful reminder of God’s goodness! Or the ballerina necklace. I love ballet. But being tall, nearly 18, and only recently in love with it, I can’t practically invest in that interest. It makes me sad to think that… but I know God is sovereign. So, the necklace would serve as a dreamy reminder that even though I may not be a ballerina, I can still enjoy ballet and look forward to what God does have planned for me.

There really isn’t any question about which item I would like to have. The necklace with the compass charm with the heart in the middle and the charm with the longitude and latitude. My favorite quotation is “The journey is real life” (Sarah Ban-Breathnach). We all spend so much time trying to get where we are headed – whether a new job, a family, a fabulous house or a terrific vacation – when, in the end, it really is the journey that matters, not the end. After all, reaching the end of the journey really means reaching the end of life and I so do not want to get there anytime soon.

Your things have been catching my eye for years…in the back of REAL SIMPLE…my very favorite is the LAYERED MOTHER-OF-PEARL NECKLACE.
I would buy the messy nest necklace as my husband and I are going to start trying to have a baby soon
and then I would get the smiple sweet heart if we had a girl with her name or if we had a boy the rectangle on a chain with his name!

So hard to choose because everything is just darling! I think I would choose the “Coordinates of the Heart” necklace on a 30″ chain. We are planning to move soon, and this necklace would be the perfect way to honor the friends and family we leave behind.

This is a hard choice because everything is sooooo wonderful!!! I love it all. With $75 dollars I would have to start with the messy nest necklace, followed by a secret message ring. I also love the vintage peas in a pod and the photo charm necklace.
I have to say that I am constantly stopped and told how wonderful my charm necklace is {5 individual charms , one with everyone in the families name on it, a shutterbug charm, one with our family motto on it and a beautiful vintage pearl}. I wear it all the time and it is my most prized possession. I would like to say thankyou.

My sisters and I went in together and purchased our mom the layered mother of pearl and she loved it!! I would love to have anything from here but, if I won the $75 I would LOVE to get the square names with heart for a dear friend of mine. I would have her children’s names put on it. She is a wonderful christian woman and has been through A LOT in the last 3 months. I know she would love it!

I’ve been eying these fantastic jewels for months now! I love the chunky rings, the charm necklace, and the initial necklace.
I would get the Circle of Love necklace. My friend has a 3 year old and twin 5 month olds. The twins were born in February, at 28 weeks. I would get her children’s names engraved so that she could have the necklace to touch when she’s away from those sweet babies.
I would buy the layered circle of love with “I can see the fingerprints of God when I look at you” inscribed on both circles and a birthstone of my son’s birthday. We had him through IVF and just the entire process impressed upon me how he was God’s chosen for us and how he was formed and created by God. A blessing.
Oh, I wanted to mention that we bought necklaces with our son’s birthstone and charms that said aunty and nana (for 2 aunties and a nana) and they are ABSOLUTELY a favorite among everyone. Perfect gifts!

I would get the simple initials on a chain for my sister who had a baby (“c” for Claire) last year, one for my mom with her grandbabies (“c” and either “l” or “t” depending on if it’s a boy or a girl!
initials and one for ME because I’m due with my first baby in 3 weeks!
I love your stuff, If I were to win the $ 75, my purchase would be the angel wing necklace, with the name Hope, and an a la carte charm with Grace on it. My friend lost a baby in 2010, she had Turners syndrome, she named her Hope. On June 3rd, she gave birth to little baby Grace. Having purchased a necklace for my daughter last year after the birth of her 3rd child and seeing how much she loved it, I want to remember Hope and celebrate Grace.

I didn’t seem to want to limit to $75… I’d get the pearl nest ring (my 3 week old son’s stone is pearl), the mother of pearl earrings and the simple message ring with his name. I already have a necklace with his initials and a pearl… great stuff!
