We strive to create meaningful and unique keepsakes for you to cherish.
Each and every piece is entirely handcrafted - charms are cut, filed, hammered, hand stamped, antiqued, polished and brushed with care in our studio. We use quality and durable sterling silver chains, charms and findings, as well as a few copper pieces.
Each letter is individually hand stamped, no 2 pieces will come out the same--making every piece it's own unique creation! Also, the letters will not be perfectly straight- this adds to the charm of a handstamped, handcrafted piece!
We have several fonts for you to choose from shown on the about page.
Most of our pieces are custom which allows you to create something special just for you!
To clean your piece we recommend using a polishing cloth and a mild sterling silver cleaner. Be careful not to get the letters wet as they will fade.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
shipping & delivery
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks from the time payment has cleared for shipment of your order unless otherwise noted.
*please note* During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) shipping may take longer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as you check out, we will ship to the one provided in your order.
Please leave any special notes in the "extra notes" box available on every product or email us after you order.
domestic shipping
We ship usps priority for $6. This is a flat rate regardless of how many pieces you order.
Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended.
Unfortunately, once shipped we can not control how fast the USPS gets your order to you. We are also not responsible if your package gets lost.
international shipping
We are happy to ship internationally via first class for $7 or priority for $17. This is a flat rate regardless of how many pieces you order.
First class international shipping typically takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks, and has taken up to 6 weeks before.
We cannot control how fast the usps gets your package to you nor are we responsible if your package gets lost.

gift certificates
Gift certificates are availble for purchase. You will recieve your gift certificate code immediately via email.
Each gift certificate will have a certificate number to redeem. Each gift certificate can only be used once, no cash value will be given and no leftover credit balances are kept. They are good for 1 year.
refunds & exchanges
We want you to be totally happy with your order, but we can not give full refunds on custom orders. If there is a problem please contact us immediately.
If the error was our mistake, we will fix it or refund. If the error was not our mistake, and you are just disatisfied with the product or the font you chose, then a 60% refund can be issued.
We cannot remake or partially refund without the original piece returned.
