2. How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
We typically take about 2-3 weeks to assemble and ship an order. During the busy seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) it may take longer.
We do have rush order shipping available for $30 at checkout. The extra fee allows your order to be bumped to the top of our list and guarantee it will leave our studio in 2-5 business days. It will then ship via priority mail (2-3 days in the US... or 1-2 weeks internationally).
3. Will the letters be perfectly straight?
No, each letter is individually hand stamped, making it impossible to get the letters perfectly straight. The slightly offset letters add to the charm of a hand stamped piece! Please expect a variance from our pictures as every piece is different.
4. Can I combine 2 separate orders and save on shipping?
Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving we are unable to combine separate orders.
5. What forms of payment do you take?
We are able to accept Visa and Mastercards at this time.
We do not accept checks or money orders or paypal.
6. Why was my credit card already charged when I haven't received my order?
Due to the customized nature of our jewelry, your card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.
7. Can I just come by the studio and pick it up?
If you live in the Tulsa area and prefer to pick your order up please come to the store to place your order or call us and place it over the phone.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please choose international shipping when you check out.
We cannot track international shipments once they have left our studio, and they can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive. We have no control over them once they leave us, and we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged by your country.
9. How do I track my order?
You can login above where it says {my orders} to see if your item has shipped, and if it has your tracking number will be there. (US only)
International orders cannot be tracked.
10. I never received a confirmation email.
Our confirmation emails are sent automatically and sometimes get filtered as spam. Please check your spam box for it, or email us and we can resend it to you.
11. Can I switch a pearl for a birthstone?
Yes, you can switch a pearl for a birthstone of vice versa on any piece. Please leave us a note in the extra notes box so we know to make the switch.
12. Can I exchange my chain for a different size?
Sure! Please send back the unworn chain to us with a note telling us the size you would like and a self addressed stamped envelope for us to return the new chain to you in.
13. Do you have samples of the different fonts?
Yes, all of the available fonts are shown on the "fonts" page above.
14. My necklace is tarnishing, what do I do?
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, especially in humid conditions. The polish pad we sent you will clean your jewelry up in a snap. More polish pads can be purchased on the a la carte page.
Storing your piece in an airtight plastic baggie will help it to not tarnish.
15. Can I add a gift note?
Yes! Just tell us you need a note and what you would like it to say in the extra notes box.
